At GroupGear by HSA, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your style is always the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
